Then later down the line add Steam workshop support for custom user character models maybe.
Why not just make the character customizer separate from the game? So that way the base game could go on steam and then users could download the customizer on patreon or something?

I ran the `xattr -cr` fix. No longer get the "application is broken" error. Now nothing happens (Finder just 'blinks'). I have tried everything from running with Rosetta, code-signing myself with a developer cert, disabling gatekeeper altogether...it stubbornly refuses to launch.
